Conversion of a two storey, four bedroom 1960's style house into a contemporary Edwardian three storey dwelling designed by the architect, Nigel Daly.

The property was completely refurbished throughout including rewiring and the installation of a new heating system.

Special features include decorative moulded detail under the gable eaves, a full height two storey oak bay window to the front elevation, a handcrafted oak staircase and a Cheshire brick fireplace.

A contemporary kitchen, bathroom and en-suite were specially designed and fitted.

Project duration nine months.
